One bar contains 160 calories. It has 5g of fat of which 1 g is saturated fat but 0g trans fat. So quite low fat, about one teaspoon. Then the taste: The bar is quite thick and chewy. If you want to eat it in pieces you'll need a knife. There are small bits of peanut but which are the only thing to bring a little texture to the bar. Otherwise it is a solid cocoa bar but with a distinct peanut butter flavor. It is not too sweet at all, so you won't get thirsty or feel like you've been eating candy. The sea salt brings the flavors out and with the peanuts it reminds me a little bit of Snickers. It doesn't taste too artificial or processed so I quite like it. In addition top the taste, Quest Bar's strenght is the whey protein. Why whey protein is good for you?
